Costa Rica's existing car marketplaces look and feel like 2012 eBay clones — slow, cluttered, hostile to mobile. Kaiba rebuilds the category: sub-second search, side-by-side comparison of up to four cars, dealer subscription tiers, and a Bluebook-style price valuation layer.

Kaiba is a serverless vehicle marketplace built with Nuxt 3 on Cloudflare Pages. Features include smart search with fuzzy matching, side-by-side vehicle comparison (up to 4), price valuations (Bluebook-style), dealer subscription tiers with bulk CSV import, saved favorites with price alerts, dark/light mode, PWA support, and bilingual (ES/EN) interface.

Fuzzy search over structured inventory
PostgreSQL full-text with trigram indexes handles typos in make/model without a separate search service.
Dealer tiers with self-service billing
Subscription tiers cap inventory per plan. Bulk CSV import, Stripe-managed upgrades, and dealer-specific dashboards let shops onboard themselves.
