I'm Alejandro — a full-stack engineer from Costa Rica who builds products people actually want to use. I work across the entire stack, from database design to pixel-perfect frontends, and I pick up new frameworks fast because I care more about solving the problem than about the tool.
Right now I'm building WellFred, an AI-powered wellness marketplace with real-time chat, geospatial search, and payment escrow. Before that I shipped frontend features at The FX Tools — CRM dashboards, component systems, API integrations — and contributed to an automated Cardano trading bot at Trafkin using Rust and GraphQL.
My sweet spot is where engineering meets design: data-rich interfaces, smooth interactions, and architectures that scale without becoming a mess. I've worked with Laravel, Vue, React, Django, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and more — whatever the project needs.
When I'm not coding, I'm probably exploring new tech, gaming, or figuring out how to make something work better than it did yesterday.
